WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT - PURPOSE: NCC Budget & Billing Analyst is mainly responsible for financial planning of network services in close relationship with Japan sites, Regional Coordinators and Technical Architects. Assist in managing the accuracy of commercial inventory and proper billing of the services, provides support for local Finance, I&O Excellence Fin Ops and Indirect Procurement teams. Function is the focal point for Japan sites, Finance and IT teams for financial planning, and reporting to the I&O management. The incumbent works closely with NCC Service Delivery, NCC Architecture Teams, I&O Excellence Fin Ops and Service Providers' Teams to follow-up and make sure that all requests and orders are properly tracked in ordering tools, and financials plans are up-to-date on timely manner. WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES: FINANCIAL PLANNING: Network services related financial planning for LE and A&SP. Consolidation and planning for upcoming projects for all JT sites in close collaboration with Service Delivery, Technical Architecture Teams and JT Sites. Creating reports for JT Finance, JTI Finance and I&O Management Teams. Regular reviews with each network team member and I&O Excellence Team to ensure periodic actual vs. plan controls. INVOICING SUPPORT: Liaise between Japan region entities and I&O Excellence Fin Ops Team members and service providers on an ongoing basis for proper billing info and structure. Ensure the invoicing matrix and PO info are up to date for service providers to provide correct billing. Ensure each change are properly tracked using CR. DATA AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT: Coordination and management of data and documents between NCC Team members and service providers. BILLING SUPPORT AND REPORTING: Support service provider and JT/JTI Indirect Procurement, Commercial, GBS and local Finance teams on an ongoing basis. Assit on providing first level billing analysis for all the billing query/request by Japan Region entities or service providers. Liase with I&O Excellence Fin Ops team to ensure all billing dispute/request is being tracked, analysed and resolved on timely manner. Ensure accuracy of all CDR (Call Detail Records), Billing Details and all other reports.Ensure data validation and report generation to all stake holders. Communication of all price changes to Japan Region entities, network budget owners. Assist reginonal coordinators and participate in data collection from subsidaries for the creation of A&SP. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: Fincial Planning and execution of budget planning related to ad-hoc project implementations. Liaise with service providers' O2C and SRM teams on the timeline and implementation plans related to the projects. Ensure data validation, proper planning and report generation to all stake holders. ORDER VALIDATION: Follow-up all orders, making sure that all of them are properly reflected in NCC Financial Planning Tools, LE/ASP information is updated on timely manner. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Implement and document process improvements related to Billing and Planning scope in close co-operation with I&O Excellence Fin Ops Team. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS: Degree or equivalent education + work experience. Business / Finance basics. 3 years of experience in a global environment; working with service providers in financial planning, ordering and billing area.
