Job Description : Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre)Perform quality assurance review of transactions (mutual fund subscriptions, redemptions, switches, account changes, inquiries, etc.) processed by Investor Services and service providers ensuring that they are valid, complete and timely performed. Identify, monitor, and resolve any findings ensuring that solutions put in place are effective and sustainable.
This includes design, implementation, training and documentation of the related controls and processes.
Represent Investor Services in various projects ensuring that risks, processes and controls are considered through collaboration with different cross-functional teams.
Establish and execute training and development modules for the team.
Monitor and analyze client service metrics (Client Satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, & Clien-for-Life Index).
Provide data and trend analysis and recommendations to mitigate client, regulatory and compliance issues and concerns.
Prepare various management reports.
Perform monthly data analysis of transactions using Power Query in MS Excel Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)Advanced analytical, comprehension and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both in written and verbal communication.
Preferably with experience in the use of data analytics tools such as Power Query in MS Excel, and use of data visualization tools such as Tableau Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)Graduate of any business-related course, preferably in Accounting or Auditing At least 5 years of relevant professional expertise in quality review, compliance, and/or audit.
