Role Purpose: To maximize bank profits by conceptualizing new products, improving existing ones and selling potential clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: Implement and execute the regional business unit management sales initiatives Identify new opportunities that address the needs of the clients and manage end to end sales process Grow and deepen relationships with corporate clients Solicit leads on potential clients to expand the client base of the bank (KYC procedures to be done by Relationship Managers) Coordinate with and support Relationship Managers with the sales of lobal market products to potential and existing clients Develop sales/account plan per client Assist and contribute to spearhead RMB business with local Financial Institutions and corporates Conduct product training to local Financial Institutions, corporates, associations and internal clients Responsible for conceptualizing new products or enhancing the existing products based on market demand and client requirements with view of customer centricity Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or any related course.
Must have at at least 5-10 years experience in banking Strong understanding of banking products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Passed the Treasury Certification Program With SEC license as Fixed Income Sales Person
