Job Description
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations for new stores, considering factors like demographics, foot traffic, and competition.
• Negotiate and secure favorable lease terms for new and existing retail locations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and real estate brokers.
Project Planning and Management:
• Manage, execute, and monitor store projects, including new openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures.
• Develop and manage budgets for store development projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee construction, design, and procurement processes.
• Ensure that all store design and construction projects are completed on budget and on schedule.
• Monitor vendors and contractors to ensure project schedules are under control.
• Implement store concepts in line with company standards.
• Report quality issues in real-time using standardized processes and documents.
• Initiate reverse logistics of excess equipment.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure schedule planning and budget control.
