We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Director to lead the financial management and performance of our end-to-end supply chain network. This pivotal role will shape cost-efficiency initiatives, manage key partnerships, and guide financial decision-making across planning, sourcing, procurement, and production. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership Deliver insights on gross margin movements, enabling informed decision-making and efficient cost control across the supply chain. Partner closely with operational leaders to support initiatives that drive performance and profitability. Financial Stewardship Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheets. Oversee submission of timely and compliant reports to internal and external stakeholders. Control & Compliance Maintain and enhance internal controls, championing compliance (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley). Standardize accounting policies and improve financial processes. Cap Ex and Procurement Oversight Provide financial oversight on capital expenditure planning and execution. Collaborate with the Procurement team to optimize commodity and cost management. People Development Lead a team of finance professionals (team size: 40, with 6 direct reports). Drive organizational capabilities through succession planning, mentorship, and continuous development. Qualifications: Minimum 12 years of experience in finance business partnering, preferably within supply chain functions gained within the manufacturing industry Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills High-level financial acumen (analysis, budgeting, forecasting)CPA preferred but not required Strong communication and presentation capabilities Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig
