Job Description
Manage and oversee all financial operations and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Lead process migrations from different regions to the Philippines SSC.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and cost control.
Oversee audits and implement improvements based on findings.
Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is highly advantageous.
8-10 years of experience in financial controllership, legal entity controllership, financial reporting, or record-to-report processes on a regional scope.
Must have prior experience in migration, finance transformation, and change management initiatives.
Must be comfortable with managing multicultural stakeholders.
Proficiency in SAP ERP and Excel.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or energy industry is a plus.
Keen to take on a high impact and strategic individual contributor role
Amenable to reporting to the Pasay office 3x a week and adhere to flexible working hours.
