We offer a freelance Financial Planner position that allows for part‑time or full‑time work and is supported by extensive mentorship and training.
As a Financial Planner, you will provide holistic financial diagnosis and develop solutions that help clients manage and protect their money to reach their financial goals. Your role includes supporting clients with retirement, educational, estate, and other financial plans, and guiding investment strategy across multiple schemes.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for prospective and existing clients.
Develop customized financial plans covering retirement, education, estate, and investment strategies.
Advise clients on risk management and asset protection to align with their long‑term objectives.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate investment vehicles and monitor portfolio performance.
Collaborate with the team to refine product knowledge and ensure high‑quality client service.
Attend weekly training sessions and meetings (online and face‑to‑face) to maintain professional development.
Qualifications
Self‑driven and highly motivated to learn and achieve results.
Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time in the life insurance, sales, and financial services sector.
Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in approaching new clients.
Ability to work in Metro Manila or Calabarzon region.
Need to pass the Insurance Commission Licensure Exam and FWD Coding (candidate shoulders exam and coding costs).
Sales experience is a plus.
Managerial and leadership experience is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer.
