Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update financial models to support project planning, cost analysis, and investment decisions.
Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
Analyze project costs, revenue, and margins to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Support project managers and department heads in financial planning and reporting.
Provide scenario analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
Assist in the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and investor updates.
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate data and financial reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance, preferably in construction, real estate, or engineering sectors.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques. Knowledge of ERP systems (Quick Books) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
