Job Profile: FP&A Team Lead – Projects (as individual contributor)Work with stakeholders across the globe in finance to understand their expectations in financial analysis & reporting, Finance transformation and other Finance topics.

Creating & maintenance financial reports.

Handling Ad-hoc reporting based on business requirement.

Interact/connect with Business/SCM stakeholders in various locations across the globe, translate their requirements & create financial reports, analyze the financial KPIs, interpret them, Write Finance & Business commentary, Prepare Leadership/Management review decks.

Co-ordinate, gather, Partner with various teams in Finance for driving Finance transformation journey – Simplification & standardization, Automation, Analytics & solutions, financial modelling.

Deliver Project deliverables as per Project requirement & timelines as agreed with Project manager.

Handling, maintenance of Finance tools, troubleshooting with Tech support, Validation & checks Translate the Project goals into Process goals upon handover of project.

Translate the business targets & Understand the Finance targets, support Budgeting, Forecasting models with simulation exercise.

Academic Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance Professional Qualification in Finance Preferred.

Skillset required: Technical: Knowledge & exposure in SAP ERPHandson working experience in financial reporting tools – BI tools, Hyperion, AFOProject Management experience (at least 1 year)Behavioral: Ability to deal with ambiguity.

Ability to influence colleagues without authority.

Good interpersonal skillset, Team player.

Strong communication skills.

Curious to learn & acquire Business acumen.

Go-getter, Result-Oriented Dealing with conflicts Professional Experience: At least 12 years of experience in Finance (of which 5 years MUST be in Financial Planning & analysis) in a multinational company with matrix Org structure.

At least 2 years of People management experience (end to end) with team reporting officially.
