Work Location: Purok 4, Brgy. Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Job description:
 Supervises quality and accuracy of all internal and external financial reports prepared by Accounting
department team for submission to management, BIR, SEC and LGU.
 Evaluates existing accounting process and implement improvements as needed.
 Prepares weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the management information and decision making.
 Safeguard all company’s assets and equipment by regular monitoring, lapsing and annual physical
count.
 Reconciliation of financial statements’ schedules, initiation and posting of adjustments
 Responsible for the preparation, filing and payment of tax returns.
 Responsible for the preparation of daily/monthly cash position and bank reconciliation.
 Responsible for the reconciliation between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
 Coordinates with the external audit requirements.
 To provide pertinent accounting information to finance department as the need arises (e.g. application
for bank/financial institution financing, loans and other forms of borrowing requirement by the
Company)
 To handle concerns with BIR, LGU, SEC and other government regulatory agencies
 Performs other related functions that may be assigned to by the management
 Preferably lives Near Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna
