OUR CLIENT: This business creates, produces, and markets premium molds. To create a mold that satisfies the needs of the customers, they plan products and molds, process the molds, and assemble them.
Work Location: Carmona, Cavite
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience, technical expertise and interview result
Work Set Up: Work on Site
Key Responsibilities
To minimize downtime, oversee everyday manufacturing operations, such as inventory control, warehousing, and production scheduling.
Create and put into action plans to boost income, promote expansion, and enhance operational effectiveness.
To guarantee business profitability, supervise financial reporting, cost control, and budgeting.
Employ, educate, and guide employees while promoting an innovative and ever-improving culture.
Upholding local laws, safety requirements, and corporate rules.
Speak on behalf of the business while negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Management's overall control
Total authority over employees, supervisors, assistant managers, and supervisors
