Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Staff Management:
Manage staff schedules and performance.
Motivate and lead the team to achieve goals.
Customer Service:
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
Promote a positive and welcoming dining experience.
Financial Management:
Monitor revenues and expenses.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Marketing and Sales:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Promote special events, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management or senior leadership role
Having experience in the Food and Beverage retail industry is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Willing to work full-time onsite from Monday to Saturday
Flexible to travel
