Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., attendance, leave, payroll, and performance evaluations).
Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and communicating with candidates.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and submitting necessary changes to the finance department.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Organize HR documents, such as contracts, policies, and employee handbooks.
Handle internal inquiries about HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
Assist with organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and company events.
Monitor employee benefits and respond to queries.
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other senior HR staff.
