Responsibilities Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening candidates. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs. Facilitate training and development initiatives. Provide administrative support to HR team in various projects. Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives. Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field. Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll management, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Working Conditions: Mondays-Saturdays 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
