1. Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various preschool positions.
2. Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure staff readiness and continuous improvement.
3. Maintain HR records and documentation, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
4. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with preschool policies and regulations.
5. Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
6. Support preschool leadership in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to create a positive and inclusive work environment.


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a preschool or education setting.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
