Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Manager to join our growing team.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our Melbourne-based headquarters.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of human resources operations to support our continued growth and success.
This role will involve overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
You will also be responsible for tracking attendance, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and reporting on employee-related metrics to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and employee onboarding.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR concerns, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance tracking systems, set benchmarks, and work with department heads to ensure consistent evaluations and employee development.
Attendance & Leave Management: Track employee attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain accurate records.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and company policies.
Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
Policy Development: Create, review, and update HR policies to align with business goals and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to promote employee morale, engagement, and productivity.

Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with a high level of integrity.
Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
