Overview:
The HR Manager is responsible for developing and managing human resource strategies and programs in alignment with business goals. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, and HR compliance. Candidates with BPO industry experience and exposure to international clients are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management: Lead recruitment and talent development strategies.
Employee Relations: Resolve employee issues and promote a positive work environment.
Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with legal and internal policies.
Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures.
Reporting: Prepare and present HR metrics and analytics to management.
International Client Exposure: Support global HR practices and align with international standards.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of HR management experience
Experience working with international clients, preferably in BPO
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
