Qualifications
College Graduate of any 4 year course
With at least 1-2 years of experience more on employee relation and labor compliance
With strong business acumen- ability to understand organizational goals
Willing to work in FPIP Santo Tomas Batangas
Responsibilities
Implement HR business processes in assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, customer requirements, and available resources.
Coordinate with Supervisors and relevant teams to address employee concerns and suggestions for proper resolution.
Ensure Supervisors, Managers, and employees are fully informed and understand HRBP-related policies, guidelines, principles, and practices.
Process, respond to, and close grievances from handled accounts to prevent labor and legal issues.
