Human Resources Functions:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of employees
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Administer employee benefits, compensation, and government‑mandated contributions
Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist in employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating disciplinary actions, and implementing company policies
Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives
Payroll Processing
Payroll Processing:
Prepare and process payroll, including computation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions
Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, Phil Health, Pag‑IBIG, and BIR)
Generate payroll reports and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with accounting for payroll‑related concerns
