Zig Zag is looking for an HR Specialist (HRIS) to join our team!  The HR Specialist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like, but not limited to managing the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, and supporting various HR functions.

This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity, optimizing system functionality, and supporting the HR Services team's operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES  HRIS Management:  Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and functionality.  Input, update, and manage employee records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in employment status.

Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.  Collaborate with the HRIS vendor to address technical issues, implement updates, and optimize system capabilities.    Employee Data Management:  Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and securely stored in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.  Generate reports and analytics from the HRIS system to support decision-making and process improvements.  Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and other relevant data points.  Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through system automation and workflow optimization.  Collaborate with HR team members and other teams to integrate HRIS capabilities into daily operations and new initiatives.  Lead projects related to the implementation or enhancement of HRIS functionalities.  Employee Support:  Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HRIS access and records.  Guide employees and managers on how to use HRIS tools effectively.  Assist in resolving employee concerns related to HR data or system access.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.  At least 2-3 years of experience in HRIS management or a related HR role Proficiency in HRIS platforms (experience with ZOHO is a plus).  Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret data reports.  Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.  Good knowledge of data privacy laws and HR compliance standards.  Strong communication, people, time, interpersonal, and management skills.  Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.  Willing to work onsite *Salary is from Php25k-Php30k   At Zig Zag, we uphold the highest standards of information security and operational efficiency.
