Job Role: Hub Spot Developer
Compensation range: $2,000-2,500 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Hub Spot Developer to implement, customize, and optimize Hub Spot portals to support business operations, automation, and reporting needs. This role will focus on building scalable solutions within Hub Spot, ensuring seamless integrations, and providing ongoing support for data accuracy and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage full Hub Spot portals across marketing, sales, and service hubs
Build and maintain workflows, automations, and process logic to improve efficiency and data consistency
Customize pipelines, properties, and objects to align with business requirements
Handle third‑party integrations and ensure smooth data synchronization between systems through custom N8 N integrations.
Develop and support dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights
Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing setups, and provide ongoing Hub Spot support
At least 3 years of experience developing and managing Hub Spot portals
Artifacts or Integration libraries showing automations you’ve built on any platform including N8 N, M ake.com or Zapier.
Strong understanding of Hub Spot workflows, automations, pipelines, and custom properties
Experience with integrations (APIs, third‑party tools, or native Hub Spot integrations)
Familiarity with internal collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
Comfort working in a developer‑led environment, with the ability to read, understand, and action developer documentation and API documentation
Ability to translate business needs into effective Hub Spot solutions
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
