Your Responsibilities •Manage all Sea freight Implementation via JiraClarify all questions before implementation with the requestorsEnsure that newly implemented task is align with SSC Standard Operations Procedure and all deviation, if any, are reduced to strict minimumCreate and maintain working instructionsAssist on creation of training materialReview of existing Implementations for potential to Automate them or gain better productivitySupport SSC team leads with clarification on tasks and technical help Your Skills and Experiences Communication, influencing and motivation skillsTransport operational systems, data analysis and reporting knowledgeStrong technical understanding of processes, systems and problem solvingFamiliarity with training methods, ability to identify different learning styles Good Reasons to Join The role holder needs to bring the right attitude to the job with a focus on driving profitable operational solutions for the organization making sure we are able to deliver, maintain and improve.
