Overview
OJ Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Graphic Designer to join our 100% remote team as a contract / per-task based role.
Responsibilities
Create packaging designs
Taking product images and turning them into high-quality lifestyle images or infographics that will be used mainly for Amazon and other ecommerce platforms
Note: You don’t need to know how to do all of the above; tasks will be assigned based on your expertise. Training will be provided.

We will generally be needing these types of tasks (no need to know how to do them all). Training will be provided. Our company values emphasize a non-corporate environment, flexibility, responsibility, trust in time management, and clear communication in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Figma is a big plus)
At least 3 years of graphic design experience
Must be creative and able to generate ideas with minimal instructions
Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, and work without supervision
Excellent written English (no typos)
Good communication skills and the ability to proactively communicate
Committed, detail-oriented, and professional
Ability to understand client expectations and apply to the designs
Strong interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with other professionals

Flexible in terms of assignments (we can assign as much as you can handle)
Rates (can discuss further once onboarded):
For product infographics: $5-$7 per unique image (easy variations included)
For packaging: $15-$20 per task
Clarification: Projects may include multiple images per task (e.g., 5 to 14 images per task), so order value tends to be higher
