Security Specialist | Philippines (Cebu & Davao On- Site)Job Summary The Security Specialist is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, clients, and visitors at our BPO call center. This on-site role includes monitoring security systems, managing access control, responding to incidents, and supporting emergency preparedness efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, observant, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external authorities to uphold safety standards and ensure business continuity. Key Responsibilities Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and enforce ID policies to prevent unauthorized access. Operate and monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other surveillance tools. Log and manage visitor, contractor, and delivery access. Conduct routine patrols and respond to security breaches or disturbances. Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed. Support implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures. Conduct drills and risk assessments in coordination with Facilities and Operations. Train staff on security awareness and evacuation procedures. Partner with Facilities and IT to align physical and digital security measures. Support internal investigations and maintain records of all security-related activities. Provide routine reports to leadership on security status and areas for improvement.
