Job Summary:
Your primary responsibilities will be managing and executing our Human Resources strategy, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for carrying out data analysis and providing regular reporting to ensure all employment- and HR-related projects and activities run smoothly. You will work closely with our HR Project Manager and other project team members by coordinating and organizing all project tasks. We need you to help us plan, monitor, and manage our project portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, oversee, and track project activities to ensure a successful implementation of ongoing projects.Escalate identified issues to the Project Manager to resolve problems promptly.Maintain data quality, accuracy, and timeliness by using a project management software platform.Coordinate and monitor the work of project stakeholders to provide the necessary support.Assist project team members by organizing project meetings and other events to boost interaction and information flow.Help the Project Manager identify and manage issues and risks to ensure project goals are achieved.Assists with the updating and keeping of project documentation.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of best practices for effective project management.Analyze and recommend improvements to project and business processes.Performs other duties as assigned.Skills Requirements:
Experience coordinating HR programs or projects.Proven track record of generating and managing records.Expert knowledge of using project management tools for HR.Ability to work with business and project stakeholdersAbility to coordinate efforts with different internal and external groups while managing resources efficientlyMust easily adapt to dynamic work environments with changing needs and deadlines.A self-starter that requires minimal supervision.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skillsEducation Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required.2 years of HR/recruiting experience.1 year of project coordination experience.Intermediate knowledge of O365, PM course preferred. Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
