What you will be doing
- Manage and respond to inbound calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Follow a detailed script to assess caller needs and determine the most appropriate steps.
- Transfer calls to specialists when certain criteria are met, ensuring seamless customer service.
- Ask questions related to properties and credit, while updating the CRM with relevant information.
- Use a power dialer effectively, if applicable, to maximize call handling efficiency.
The Profile
Required Qualifications
- Solid English communication skills with minimal accent.
- Ability to confidently navigate computer systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong aptitude for following scripts while multitasking efficiently.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with lead generation and customer service communication.
- Familiarity with power dialers or other automated calling systems.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role within the tech sector.
- Any certifications in customer service or telecommunications would be advantageous.
