Main Duties:
 Operating Electrical Switchgear & Power Distribution – Control and monitor switchgear, circuit breakers,
transformers, and distribution panels. Ensure continuous and stable power supply to machineries.
 Electrical System Monitoring and Reporting – Identify and respond to electrical faults, short circuits, and
voltage fluctuations that could impact production. Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and
resolve power-related issues.
 Ensuring Safety & Compliance – Follow all electrical safety standards, including procedures when servicing
electrical equipment.
Qualifications:
*Education
 High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
 Associate degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related field (preferred)

*Skills & Knowledge
 Solid working experience of at least 1 year, including operating turret, bender, and busbar machineries.
 Familiarity with operating circuit breakers, transformers, relays, control panels and understanding of electrical
distribution systems, including medium- and high-voltage type.
 Ability to operate and maintain switchgear machinery.
 Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

 Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
