Job Overview As an IT Support Specialist specializing in Screen Connect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless access and optimal performance for staff and students utilizing Screen Connect to troubleshoot various systems.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for addressing issues related to access, performance, software, and program functionalities.

Key Responsibilities Access Management: Facilitate user access to Screen Connect, ensuring smooth and secure entry for staff and students.

Troubleshoot access issues promptly, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement access controls and permissions as needed.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of Screen Connect, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Implement optimizations to enhance the overall performance, ensuring a seamless experience for users.

Conduct regular performance assessments and recommend upgrades or enhancements as necessary.

Software and Program Troubleshooting: Address software and program issues encountered by users on Screen Connect.

Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure efficient operation.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex software-related issues.

Requirements Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on remote access solutions such as Screen Connect.

IT networking support - Microsoft Office 367 Active Directory, a Xcelerate Learning Management System and Student Management System, 3 CX and Teamwork Desk ticketing system to manage requests for support.

Strong understanding of access management principles and practices.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving performance issues in remote access environments.

Familiarity with troubleshooting software and program-related challenges.

Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, students, and team members effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
