Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.3 to 5 years of experience leading multiple projects or programs in IT, software development, or digital transformation. Strong expertise in project lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and risk assessment. Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies for managing large-scale initiatives. Passionate about strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership. Ability to contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enterprise-wide initiatives. Work Schedule: Day Shift; Weekends Off; 1 or 2 days onsite per week at Ayala, Makati. Initial 6-month to 1-year project based with the high potential for regularization based on performance. Nice to Have: PMP, Pg MP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications. Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools. Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation strategy.
