We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Associate for Healthcare (TIER 2) to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will provide advanced support to healthcare clients and customers, assisting them with complex inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to healthcare services, systems, and products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare processes and systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to healthcare services, systems, or products.
Provide expert-level support to resolve technical, billing, and service-related problems in a timely manner.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare-related queries and escalate issues to higher levels if necessary.
Collaborate with other departments (such as technical support, billing, and operations) to resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on healthcare services, product features, and policies, ensuring clear understanding.
Qualifications:
AT LEAST HS/SHS GRAD + 6 MONTHS AND UP CCE
