Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization.

Responsibilities1.

Help build quality assessment process and conduct quality assessment work by ensuring and evaluating the delivery quality of the global sellers, products and contents reviewed;2.

Conduct root cause data analysis and provide key actions to improve processes;3.

Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and platform;4.

Enhance moderation policy and work closely with local operations and safety teams;5.

Produce structural feedback, support and supervision, and act as a trusted point of contact for external stakeholders;6.

Can work in shifts.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications1.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience;2.

2+ years of hands on and in-depth experience in e-commerce safety and quality analysis;3.

Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver;4.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English;5.

Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers;6.

Work comfortably with Microsoft Word and Excel;7.

Support business in shifts by following the local labor laws.

Preferred Qualifications1.

Ability to digest large data sets/policies in a cohesive and actionable manner;2.

Familiar with E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness;3.

Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
