GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Governance and Compliance Head is responsible for overall ISO and CMMI Audit and Compliance, Risk Management, and Delivery Excellence at Yondu Services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: GOVERNANCEProject Governance - Provide oversight and guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet objectives. Establish project governance framework, define project management practices, and conduct project reviews. Policy Development - Implement delivery governance policies and procedures (IT security, project management, risk management). Risk Management - Identify and assess related risks, develop strategies to mitigate and manage risks, establish processes for monitoring and reporting risks to stakeholders, and collaborate with BUs to implement risk controls. Delivery Performance Measurements - Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery operations, including monitoring SLAs, tracking service performance, and measuring process maturity. Root Cause Analysis - Provide detailed RCA on escalations or issues, reporting weekly/monthly to delivery teams and stakeholders. Governance Awareness - Conduct training and programs to enhance understanding of IT governance principles and practices across delivery teams and stakeholders, promoting awareness of policies, standards, and processes. AUDIT AND COMPLIANCEConduct project audits related to operational procedures such as project management, implementation plans, and delivery activities. Perform annual audits on compliance/adherence to company policies (BCP, Data Privacy) and ISO 27001 standards. Manage internal audits, track OFIs, action items, audit plans, and checklists. Coordinate CMMI and TMMI compliance audits, track action items, facilitate continual improvement, and coordinate with external auditors. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education – Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Experience – At least 5+ years in IT, with a minimum of 3+ years in IT Audit, Governance, or Delivery Excellence. Certifications – Experience in CMMI / ISO certification. Operational Experience – Minimum of 3 years in service reporting, including SLAs, OLAs, risk management, or assessment. Skills: Background in ITSM & Software Development. Strong project management skills, especially in change management, risk management, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management. Experience managing projects remotely or in virtual environments. Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and digitalization.
