We are hiring for TSRs for a   BPO Company located in BGC This is a remote work and follows a Nightshift Schedule BUT Training and Nesting will be onsite Salary is up to 31,000 package + 18% ND based on overall experience and hiring result Min Requirement of at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry Requirements (must have) With at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry With experience using CRM tools and remote desktop Customer/client-facing experience is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in ISP Support Experience with Point of Sale is an advantage Experience in international center.

Willing to attend training and nesting on site in BGC Amenable to work in night shifts and shifting schedules Description: Required to troubleshoot POS devices Will support drive through machineries like speakers, microphones, headset etc.
