About the Role: We are seeking a talented Insolvency Accountant to join our growing team.

The Insolvency Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing insolvency cases, including bankruptcies, liquidations, and restructuring engagements.

This role involves conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations to manage the insolvency process effectively.

Job Responsibilities: ● Day to day file management of insolvency appointments (corporate and bankruptcy files) ● Preparation of creditor reports, statutory reports and lodgments ● Liaising with directors, employees, creditors and other stakeholders ● Collection and investigation into records ● Calculation of employee entitlements and Fair Entitlement Guarantee verifications.

● Investigations into insolvent trading, voidable transactions and offenses committed by officers Requirements Job Qualifications: ● Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● At least 1+ years of experience as an Accountant within an Australian context.

Experience handling insolvency will be highly regarded.

● Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or Quick Books.

● Strong understanding of Australian insolvency laws, regulations, and procedures.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

● Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

● Certification or training in insolvency practice (e.g., ARITA) is desirable.

Additional Job Details: • Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time) • Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
