Responsibilities: Ensures timecards are correctly entered in the system          Sends email/respond to intercom related to payroll concerns            Do outbound calls to facilities as a follow up on the sent email shift confirmation request.            Complede side project assigned Requirements At least 6 months of BPO experience supporting US clients Excellent verbal and written English skills Must be willing to work night shifts Must be willing to work on-site in SHAW, MANDALUYONG Benefits What can we offer you?
