The Profile You have at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a Customer Service Agent / Technical Support Agent within the BPO industry.

At least SHS Graduate or completed 2 years on College.

Amenable to work onsite (Mandaluyong / Makati / Taguig) You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

You have working knowledge of Call Center agent, communications skills, BPO, Customer Service representative and problem solving skills You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams You are a strong networker & relationship builder The Employer Our client specializes in IT and Non-IT recruitment agency.
