You\'ll work directly with our Design Lead on Serious MD and Now Serving — products used by 20,000+ doctors and millions of patients. About Us Leapfroggr builds Serious MD (EMR for doctors) and Now Serving (healthcare marketplace for patients). Our products handle real medical workflows — scheduling, records, patient communication, payments. Design decisions here have consequences. You\'ll have mentorship and support, but also real responsibility from week one. What You'll Actually Do Design UI/UX for web, i OS, and Android. You\'ll work across platforms. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate closely with our Design Lead to develop your craft. Work with engineers to ship your designs and learn what survives implementation. Participate in user research. Watch real doctors and patients use your work. Contribute to our design system and learn how scalable design works. Process work and case studies are welcome — we want to see how you think, not just final screens. Include a link when you apply.2-4 years of experience designing digital products. Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools). Understanding of both UX fundamentals (wireframing, prototyping, user flows) and UI craft (layout, typography, visual hierarchy). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS — enough to design things that can be built. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. Self-directed and reliable — you meet deadlines and communicate when you can\'t. Bachelor\'s degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
