Account specific roles & responsibilities: Create schedules and handle incoming calls regarding adjustments based on the Hygienists preferred time.  Make outbound calls to confirm schedules from different parties at the facility.  Manage inquiries and promptly address concerns.  Job Description: Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).  Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.  Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues  Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.  Requirements Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience Excellent verbal and written English skills Willing to work night shifts Willing to work in MAKATI Benefits What can we offer you?
