We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team! This dual-role position combines inventory management with workplace safety compliance, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and safe working conditions.
Job Responsibilities
Track and reconcile inventory, including warehouse and safety supplies.
Oversee VAS operations (stickering and bundling) and supervise third-party manpower.
Act as Safety Officer—conduct inspections, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor internal trucking operations, dispatch schedules, and related RFPs.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations; knowledge of safety compliance is preferred.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); SAP & ERP is a plus.
