Responsibilities Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels.
Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and damages.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of goods to prevent loss or damage.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow.
Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse and inventory staff.
Assign daily tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor productivity.
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain accurate records using SAP Prepare inventory, stock movement, and performance reports for management.
Recommend process improvements based on inventory data and trends.
Support audits and compliance checks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Promote a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Participate in continuous improvement and 5 S initiatives, if applicable.
Minimize inventory shrinkage, obsolescence, and waste.
Support cost-control initiatives related to inventory handling and storage.
Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Semiconductor, electronics, or high‐tech manufacturing warehouse experience is an advantage.
K owledge and background in warehouse inventory management.
Experience in using S4 Hana Systems.
Skilled in inventory reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
