Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Calabarzon, Philippines, for an IQC (Incoming Quality Control) Engineer. The IQC Engineer will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of incoming materials, components, and parts. Additional responsibilities include conducting quality assessments, maintaining quality documentation, collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality issues, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory quality standards. The role also involves preparing reports and working closely with the production team to address quality concerns in a timely manner. Qualifications Proficiency in quality control processes, inspection methods, and quality assurance techniques Experience in documentation and creating detailed quality reports Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and specifications in electrical/electronic manufacturing Proficiency in relevant software for data analysis and report generation Educational background in Engineering or a related field Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is an advantage Attention to detail and ability to work independently
