The Role The IT Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to the company in the administration of server and operating systems, ensuring secure, reliable, stable, and effective usage of these systems. He/she will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues. The person will also manage and maintain the information’s database and generate regular reporting to the Management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates comprehensive technical process & policy manuals. Provides technical assistance and support on all company program/meetings, HR & Admin initiatives, and activities. Evaluating the needs of the company and choosing the most suitable software, hardware, and other IT requirements such as networking. Ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software. Analyze the requirements of the company and organize IT resources of the company accordingly. Organizing data, storing them securely, and creating backups. Will support in creating database programs for sales ordering & inventory management systems. Monitor budget of the IT Department. Ideal Profile JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent. At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Sound technical knowledge about IT systems, programming, networks, and related technologies. Systematic, detail-oriented, organized and can relate well with any level in the organization.
