JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

-Minimum of 2–3 years experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or community management—preferably within the i Gaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
-Proven track record of successfully managing influencer or KOL campaigns from strategy to execution.
Skills and Competencies:
-Strong knowledge of influencer/KOL platforms (You Tube, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitch, etc.).
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and agencies.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
-Creative thinking with a deep understanding of digital trends and audience behavior.
-Familiarity with social media metrics, content engagement KPIs, and influencer campaign tracking tools.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifcations:
-Experience in the i Gaming, sports betting, or esports industry is a strong advantage.
-Network of influencers or streamers relevant to the online gaming or betting audience.
-Proficiency in project management tools and influencer marketing platforms (e.g., GRIN, Upfluence, or similar).
