Job responsibilities:
According to product demand, prepare a marketing promotion plan; from You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram and other social media platforms to find suitable influencers or kols to work with on product shoots.
Formulate and optimize a collaboration plan with KOL and implement it to increase the Tik Tok Shop conversion rate.
Search, identify, negotiate KOLs that suit the company's products
Guide KOL to create video content according to company needs and carry out important KOL procedures such as video production, video modification, video review, and video upload.
Continuously monitor influencer marketing data, analyze and review marketing activities.
Communicate and coordinate collaboration details with influencers.
Ensure content quality, analyze performance, and optimize influencer materials.
Research local influencers and high-quality beauty content, identify trends, and develop scripts/materials for influencer collaborations.
Maintain influencer relationships to drive sales growth.
Continuously analyze and optimize strategies, ensuring business results and ROI.
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a KOL specialist for at least 1 year on TIKTOK/INS/FACEBOOK and other platforms
2. Familiar with social media, such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube, have a passion for social media marketing
3. Have a passion for the cosmetics sector, those with experience in the cosmetics sector are preferred
4. Creative and sensitive to digital marketing
5. Good communication skills, and have data analysis skills
6. Have basic English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to be able to communicate without obstacles
