Responsibilities : Create and maintain lists of potential leads that fit the company’s target market Make outbound sales calls to promote balloon styling services and products Communicate company standards and pricing to potential clients Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service Use Square space CRM to track leads and customer interactions Requirements : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the event or creative services industry Strong customer service orientation Proficiency in using CRM systems, with ability to learn Square space quickly Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting Comfortable with making outbound calls and following up via email Scope : Generate and nurture leads for various types of events requiring balloon styling Achieve sales targets by converting leads into paying customers Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication Collaborate with the core team to understand and communicate balloon styling options and pricing Adapt to fluctuating workloads, potentially switching between full-time and part-time hours as needed
