Requirements 5+ years senior design-level experience, capable of leading product and web UI/UX design conversations across departments.

Expert in web technologies and design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, along with a strong understanding of player/user-centered design principles.

Demonstrated ability to empathize with users, advocate for their needs, and translate insights into meaningful design solutions.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking, with the ability to address complex design challenges and make data-driven design decisions.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, scope, and timelines while maintaining a high level of quality.

An insatiable curiosity for making it easier for people to get what they need out of a digital experience.

Have to be a solid team player who can communicate well, kindly, and contribute to the cultural fiber of the team in a positive way.

Must have a working understanding and ability to deploy split testing in UI.

A drive to constantly sharpen your skills and challenge yourself with new ideas, projects, and tools.

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English).

  Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Design visually compelling user interfaces and ensure a consistent look and feel across all digital platforms.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
