Salary: 20,000 - 23,000

Required Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
-1-2 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in F&B (Food and Beverage) or retail sectors.
-Proven track record in negotiating leases and understanding of lease terms, legal clauses, and contractual obligations.
-Experience dealing with landlords, property managers, and legal teams.
-Experience with multi-site leasing is a plus (for chains or franchises).

Job Description:
-Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall or Building terms
-Scouting for prospective space for lease
-Review and analyze the Lease proposals
-Negotiate the offered rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demand
-Achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related requirements and policies
-Monitoring and arrangements of Lease Space for Renewal and Non-Renewal
-Arrangement and filing of leases of Contracts.
