As a Legal Counsel, your focus of expertise is on the marine or energy segment. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support for the project development Review and interpret laws and regulations Work closely with stakeholders, business partners, and local authorities Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to the projects Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to the marine/energy segment, and advise the company on the potential impact on the ongoing projects Qualifications: Law Degree from a reputable university At least 5 years of experience (preferably in the corporate sector)Fluency in either French, Portuguese, or Spanish Postgraduate education in the US/UK is an advantage Work Setup: Shift: Flexible Location: Cebu City
