Job Responsibilities As a Legal Intern, you will: Conduct legal research and prepare legal memorandum on topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, labor and employment, data privacy, and regulatory compliance Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies Support the legal counsel in managing day-to-day affairs and company-wide projects Assist in managing and organizing legal files, records, and databases.

Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize key points.

Your Profile We are seeking candidates who are: Currently pursuing a degree in Law (e.g., Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Laws, or equivalent).

Knowledgeable about the Internet, Tech, and e-commerce sectors.

Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented, able to work independently and adapt quickly.

Equipped with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
