Job Description: Provide timely and responsive legal research, review, advice, and/or documentation to the Legal Division and its Departments of the company Coordinate and collaborate with various agencies of government.

Manage various litigation and pre-litigation cases involving or related to the Company Qualifications: Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management, or equivalent and must have completed units in Law With Professional License (Bar Exam passer) 5-7 years work experience in a reputable law firm in the areas of, but not limited to, corporate law, litigation, labor law, civil law, and/or taxation With good people and communication skills
